I have my Master's in Rehabilitation Counseling with a focus on Mental Health. I am a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, and a Registered Licensed Mental Health Counselor Intern. My undergraduate studies provide me with a background in Dietetics, and a true commitment to healthy living.
